My name is Bridget and I am a creative with multiple passions; my favorites being nutrition, personal development, and teaching.

After many years of feeling much older than my years, I have been able to overcome depression, being achy all over, brain fog, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, many digestive issues, and super low energy. Now I feel younger in my late forties than I did in my twenties.

I have learned over the last two decades that my body works better when I feel good about the work that I do, as well as keep carbs to a minimum and eat a lot of fatty animal protein.

After being a commercial interior designer for 6 years, I am currently (August 2022) going into year four of teaching interior design to high schoolers. Even though being a teacher is very rewarding, I have not been able to let go of a strong desire to help others gain health and vivacity through nutrition and knowing themselves better. I have found myself coaching co-workers in one way or another so I decided to put this site together to make it easier to help them.

I hate seeing people suffer unnecessarily. This website is a labor of love and I have huge hopes that it helps make your life even a little more brio, or vivacious.
